Service Repairs:
Any service where the final total will be under $750 can be repaired as needed. After work is complete, the servicing dealer emails the following to: fleetservices@eqdepot.com
a. Invoice (must include hour meter reading)
b. Copy of signed work order
Any service where the sum of parts, labor, travel, transportation, etc. will exceed $750 (or allowable billing amount), work must be quoted by the servicing dealer in advance of the repair and emailed to: fleetquotes@eqdepot.com. The quote must include:
a. Make, model, serial number, hour meter reading, customer name and address
b. Accurate description of work that needs to be done, along with the cost breakdown of parts, labor, and miscellaneous charges
c. Number of labor hours
d. Customer name and address in ship-to
